Previous experience in an inpatient program for mentally ill, intellectually disabled or substance abuse patients and in working with multidisciplinary groups.  Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.  Experience in a supervisory role strongly preferred.  Complete and maintain certification as Behavior Management Trainer / Instructor, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), American Heart First Aid Instructor and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Trainer certification and certification of Seclusion / Restraint.  Must be able to complete training of Therapeutic Options of VA (TOVA) within 90 days of hire.
